I was recently a guest on the Forbes Futures in Focus Podcast with host Michael Gale. We had a rousing discussion on the future of education and what that future might best look like. Many agree that our current education system is not adequately preparing students for their future, but few have offered solutions as to what we can do. I’ve been studying this phenomenon for most of my adult life and have recently uncovered not only the roots as to why our current system is not up to snuff, but more importantly what we can actually do to fix it.
